Our quality system is certified with ISO 9002 since 1994 modified to ISO 9001 in 2002 and ISO TS16949 version in 2002.Our aim is to achieve the ISO 14001 certification in 2006. Manual tests and online checking belong to our process of production. In spite of usual and standard control (N/C three-dimensional controlling under climatic condition, measurement machine 5 000 x 1 800 x 2 250…), we are able to perform hardness measurement, laboratory for pollution control, infrared camera control or magnetic control equipment as well. We keep in mind the requirements according to Quality System for the future, thus we consider this property since the beginning of our process due to robot control. Our aim of 100 ppm (parts per million) have been reached by the serial production, it means there are monthly only 6 defective parts for 60.000 parts. |
